SIMPLE MEDITATION TECHNIQUE
I thought I would introduce a simple meditation technique guided to me by Archangel Kalim. This is very easy to do and only takes up about 15 to 20 minutes of your time. Ideally this meditation should be done immediately before going to sleep each night in order to promote a good night’s sleep.
First of all you must be free of any distractions which means that your meditation should be conducted in total silence. Next make sure that you are sitting comfortably in bed with your head, neck and shoulders supported by pillows with your legs extended in front of you. Your hands should be placed in your lap gently holding your favorite crystal. Begin your meditation by closing your eyes and concentrate on your crystal. Then visualize a beautiful lake surrounded by snow-capped mountains and when you have the image in your mind add three elements to it as if you were an artist painting a picture. The elements can be anything you want them to be except people because they will distract you. Once you have completed your picture imagine yourself stepping into the scene. Breathe in the cool mountain air and take in the beautiful scenery that surrounds you. By now you should be feeling peaceful and at one with yourself.
Once you have completed your meditation it is time to go to sleep.
