In order to request your reading appointment please complete the request form below. When you click on the ‘submit’ button you will be redirected to PayPal. Please read my cancellation policy below before submitting your appointment request.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that reading fees are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel you may transfer your appointment to a person of your choosing. If this occurs, please submit your cancellation notice in writing to me at I will need the full name of the person taking your appointment, location (City, State and Country), contact details (email address and telephone number).

Cancellations or ‘no shows’ on the day of the reading appointment are non-refundable and non-transferable.
